Set up your logo, your colours and your payment details once. After that, you create an invoice by choosing your customer and filling in your lines; the app works out the VAT and the totals itself.

Send via Peppol, or simply by email
Peppol is included in every plan, at no extra cost. If your customer has a Peppol address, the invoice goes straight into their accounting. If not, you send it by email or as a PDF.

See when it's opened and paid
In your overview you see for each invoice whether it has been sent, opened and paid. If a payment does not arrive, automatic reminders go out on your schedule and with your wording.
Connect your bank and payments are matched automatically. Your accountant gets free access to your account and sees your invoices live. They also go to the firm's inbox on a fixed schedule, in Exact Online, Octopus, ClearFacts, Wings, Sage or other accounting software.
