Time clock · New
A time clock for your team, ready for the 2027 time registration.
The government wants to require every employer to record the working time of their employees per day and per week, from 2027. With the time clock, your team clocks in and out in the app or the browser, breaks included. You see each week who worked how much.
Clock in with one tap
Your employee starts the time clock in the app on their phone or in the browser. They pause and resume as often as needed, and stop at the end of the day. A night shift past midnight simply keeps running.
Forgot to clock in? Request a correction
Employees don’t change their own hours. If someone forgot to clock in, they request a correction or a forgotten day, with a reason. You approve or reject it. Every change is kept in the history, with its reason.
Your team per week, in one overview
In the browser you see the weekly total, the standard hours and the difference for each employee. With one click you export everything to Excel, per day and per week, with breaks and corrections.
Forgot to clock out? You get a nudge
If the time clock is still running long after a normal working day, your employee gets a notification on their phone. The time clock never stops by itself: your employee clocks out, or requests a correction.
Mandatory time registration from 2027?
The Belgian federal government wants to require every employer to record the working time of their employees per day and per week, with a system that is objective, reliable and accessible. Which system is up to you. The time clock records per day and per week, with breaks and corrections, and keeps every record for five years.
The bill is not final yet (November 2026). We keep this page up to date.
