Construction and trades
From quote to job costing, job by job.
Your quote works out the square metres for you, at your wholesaler's prices. Your team logs hours and materials on site, and afterwards job costing puts costs and revenue side by side.

Quotes that know your trade
The area calculation works out the square metres and the price for you. Is a quote similar to a previous one? Duplicate it and change what is different.

Retyping the wholesaler's prices into my quote.
Your wholesaler's prices in your quote
In the materials platform you search your wholesaler's catalogue or bring in your basket, from Facq, Rexel, Cebeo, Van Marcke, Würth, Deschacht, Dupont Sanitair, Groep Verhelst and more. Your quotes use up-to-date prices, and an accepted quote becomes a purchase order in one click. The materials platform comes with Trilly, and as an add-on with Billy.
The integrations page lists every wholesaler.

Your customer signs on the spot
Create the quote on site and have your customer sign it straight away on your phone. Or send it: your customer signs online, and the signature, time and a fixed PDF are kept as proof.
How much of an advance had that customer already paid?
The advance is already on the final invoice
You invoice an advance from the quote. It is deducted automatically on the final invoice, so your customer sees straight away what is left to pay.
Hours on a scrap of paper in the van.
Hours and materials on site
Your team starts the timer on site, scans materials with their phone camera and adds forgotten hours later. With the time clock they clock in and out, breaks included.
Have I invoiced everything for that job, and what did I make on it?
After the job, you see costs and revenue
For each job you see the hours, the materials and all the documents: quotes, purchase orders and invoices. Anything not yet invoiced, you invoice straight from the job. Job costing puts costs and revenue side by side.
Waiting for my subcontractor's invoice.
You create your subcontractor's invoice yourself
With self-billing, you draw up the invoice on behalf of your subcontractor or supplier, from the same software.
