Digital mailbox integration
Your documents go to your accountant's digital mailbox automatically, every day.
Many accounting packages have a digital mailbox: an email address at which they receive and read in documents. Enter that address in NumNum, and once a day your sent invoices, credit notes and expenses go there automatically.
Each document is sent in a separate email with the UBL file attached, so the accounting package reads it in correctly. Only new documents from the moment you switch it on are included. If you already have a direct accounting integration, such as ClearFacts or Wings, you don't need this, or your accountant would get everything twice.
